North of Clearwater, Heritage Pines is one of the region’s premier Active Adult Communities with first class golf course and stunning natural views. The community is “deed-restricted” which means residents own their homes, but the property belongs to the management company.

Valencia Lakes is Tampa’s answer to exclusive adult living. Opened in September 2005, the gated, upscale community features a dozen different single family floor plans, and a menu of high-end recreational and cultural facilities, including multiple tennis and golf facilities, a ballroom and even an internet café, among many other amenities.
